No real change from our outlook video this week. Most fo the charts are hovering around these pivotal psychological bull/bear lines: YM 26000, ES 2800, NQ 6800, RTY 1600, ZB 149, DXY 91. These are going to be key as we go towards the end of the week. Watch for the switch to get flipped…
Once again, we suggest keeping a very close eyes on the bonds. It is going to be impossible for the other asset classes not to pay attention and adjust if these moves continue.
It’s all much to do about nothing as long as we keep on hovering but volatility can really accelerate hard around these levels.
